Fitness and fun ….

Tonight the girls got a taster of what’s to come.

We return for pre-season on Weds 2nd July.

This year coming we have once again joined the Inner Warrior series, but also for the first time in the history of Daventry RFC we will be playing in the Alliance Cup.

Our sessions are open to all. Experienced or completely new, please know that there is a place for you.

If you are worried about contact, we are also a Touch Rugby Team, and are in the middle of the current season, so why not come give that a try?
