On saturday 27th October we have two games on the main pitch. The 1st XV host Bourne then followed by the u15s playing under lights.
The u15s will have the senior coaches and some players attend their session the week before, sharing ideas and thoughts on how to play. The u15s will watch the 1st xv and the 1st xv will watch u15s. The following week the u15s will attend the 1st XV debrief and the two squads will feed back on each others performance.
The squads will then enjoy the evening with a local group and soundbox disco/karaoke
This inititive will we hope develop a strong transition pathway in the coming seasons for the youth players into the senior club.
